1.4 "Services" include but are not limited to digitizing, vectorizing, marketing, development, automation, support, and related services.
2.1 By accessing, browsing, registering, or using any part of the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2.2 If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.
2.3 Continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
3.2 You agree that all actions performed under your account are your responsibility, regardless of authorization.

4.1 The primary account holder assumes full liability for all secondary users.
4.2 Any action performed by team members is legally attributed to the primary account holder.
4.3 IVIXICO is not responsible for internal misuse, data exposure, or operational errors caused by team members.
5.1 Orders are executed strictly based on submitted information.
5.2 You acknowledge responsibility for accuracy of sizes, formats, and instructions.
5.3 IVIXICO is not liable for production issues resulting from incorrect inputs.
5.4 Delivery of files constitutes completion of service.
6.1 Revisions may be offered at our discretion.
6.2 Excessive or repeated revisions may be limited or charged additionally.
6.3 Abuse of revision requests may result in service refusal.
7.1 All payments must be completed as required before or after service as specified.
7.2 Payments are processed via third-party providers.
7.3 IVIXICO does not store full payment credentials.
8.1 By enabling auto-billing, you provide explicit authorization for recurring charges.
8.2 You authorize fallback charging of backup payment methods.
8.3 Failed payments may trigger retries, service suspension, or account limitation.
8.4 You are responsible for maintaining valid payment methods.
9.1 You agree to contact IVIXICO before initiating any dispute.
9.2 Unauthorized chargebacks are considered abuse or fraud.
9.3 IVIXICO reserves the right to suspend accounts and pursue recovery actions.
9.4 Evidence including logs, IP data, and usage history may be used in disputes.
10.1 You confirm you have legal rights to submitted content.
10.2 IVIXICO is not responsible for copyright violations.
10.3 You grant IVIXICO a limited license to process your files for service delivery.
11.1 You agree not to misuse services.
11.2 Prohibited activities include fraud, illegal use, abuse, and system interference.
12.1 You consent to automated communication via WhatsApp or other integrations.
12.2 IVIXICO is not responsible for delays, API errors, or message failures.
12.3 You are responsible for accuracy of information submitted through automation.
13.1 Services may be interrupted due to maintenance, outages, or external factors.
13.2 IVIXICO makes no guarantee of uptime.
14.1 Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
15.1 IVIXICO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15.2 Total liability shall not exceed payments made in the last 30 days.
15.3 This limitation applies to all claims, including negligence.
16.1 You agree to defend and hold IVIXICO harmless from claims, damages, and legal costs arising from your use.
17.1 IVIXICO may suspend or terminate accounts without notice.
17.2 Violations may result in permanent restriction.
18.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
19.1 IVIXICO is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
20.1 These Terms represent the full agreement between parties.
